- Creeping Bentgrass
An overview of the major cool season turfgrasses found on golf courses is given. The adaptation, usage on golf courses, and cultural management requirements for Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass, fine fescues, and annual bluegrass are covered. Creeping bentgrass is discussed separately due to its high maintenance requirements as a putting green turf.
